I have a Acer pentium lap top, I think it has 16 meg. of ram, sometimes when I come to this site, I can move around with reasonable speed, but like today, forget it. Is it my carrier, my computer, or this site? I would also like to buy as cheap a computer for home use, (internet only) that would allow me to surf faster. (I connected at 26,400 today) Can someone help?
