I used zip poxy on my wheel .This is the stiff you see at the auto parts store and lumber yards that have the piece of pipe and bolts and things in it.its 2 part and fills real well tuff stuff to!!! I mixed it as per instructions then ran wide masking tape around half of the wheel where it was missing the piece then worked it in "little stiffer the 5 min epoxy but still will fill" then ran the tape back around a couple times .I had to do this a couple times as I did not get the first try packed in good but it turned out very good.
