If I had a tractor with all and only those listed attributes, but NO live hydraulics, NO creeper low range and NO live-PTO . . . it would be pretty useless for much of what I do. No rear snowblower, no rear rototiller, and even brush-hogging would be at best - aggravating with a PTO that stopped everytime I touched the foot-clutch.
Power steering is nice to have, but it's only a convenience.
Front loader is great when you need it and often gets in the way otherwise.
I think "ideal" depends on the owner and what he/she wants the tractor for.
