Head it out the door so as to aim at a clear stretch of nothing to hit. Start it in 3rd gear holding down the clutch. when it gets up to speed, mash the brakes. If that still doesn't do it (it will) drive it for 20 minutes doing the brake thing intermittently, Do not ride the brakes, just try to lock them up every 20 feet or so. Jim
