Probably any one of the options that you are exploring would work to add aeration. May also want to consider any site specific concerns. Do you have reliable wind, electric cost etc. You also mention that this is a recreation pond, keep in mind that any chemical treatments ( algae, moss, etc ) also bind up some oxygen so be particularly careful if you undertake any of those treatments during this year.
