1920 Fordson Tractor running condition

Hi,Just wondering if anyone can tell me the value of a 1920 Fordston tractor that is still in great running condition?My sister has one that is goning to be up for auction in an estate auction soon but she has no idea of the value.This tractor is housed in a shed and is in great condition.She also has an old (very old) working wringer washing machine with wooden ringers but right now I donto know the make of it.
