you should not have to much of a prob with the cats or bass dont know,bout the bream.if you have not had a kill off before,are not over pop. and the water level is constant. I would feel that you would have a bigger prob. with water temp then needing aeration but water falls are nice .just remember you will lose more water from evap. with them as well as with the spray aerators.to be on the safe side i would contact your State fish and wildlife office as to what the temp. and oxy. levels should be for your area and type of fish you have.they will have lots of free booklets and are usally glad to help out. then go from there they could give you a good idea for what would be best for you
