I have been through this more times than I care to talk about, but there is a fix. Ford under designed the size of the master cylinder on these trucks ,but you will never get them to admit it.If you replace it with the master cylinder from a Super Duty,it is larger and will take care of the problem. I have done at least a half dozen and they work great.. I have a NAPA part number for the one you need and I will try to post it tomarrow when I get back to the shop.
