Many years ago I remember the parks dept having Toro ZTR mowers. I looked at it and the engine looked just like the engine in my 1960 4CV Renault. My engine was 750cc. Dauphines had the same engine with a biger bore, bigger carb.and vacuum advance dist. If the water pumps would interchange I can't tell you but it might be worth a look.
