Department of Natural Resources of Manitoba does not recommend feeding deer in the winter (or any other time for that matter). By the time a deer is starting to look like it is starving (in Manitoba at least) it is too late to save it with a high energy ration. Keep in mind that a lot more deer winter kill in Manitoba from cold temps than deep snow. I am 57 years old and only twice in my life have I seen the amount of snowfall (at home) that you have in those pictures. Spring is a long ways away here yet, but as of today a 4X4 truck would cross most fields in flat country.
