I assume, just like any tractor, it needs an entirely different rockshaft-cover UNLESS the one you have already has the splined-stubs sticking out (for the hitch arms). I've seen them both ways on industrial machines.
I've got a 1964 4000 industrial with backhoe and loader. Sherman underdrive, four-cylinder engine, and no PTO or three-point.
Mine is the old-platform and your's is the new British setup with the three-banger and dual-range trans I assume. Can't say I've ever a newer 4000 in Industrial hoe/loader setup.
