This time of year they are all very busy keeping up with demand. Remember, it's the time of year that all the feed stores including TSC are buying them so the demand is quit high. I buy mine from Ideal and signed up for their online newsletter. Whenever they put the layers on sale (which isn't this time of year) I buy some. Usually get them for 50% to 75% off that way, and the shipping cost is still the same. Bought 35 Barred Rocks about 5 weeks ago for 99 cents each.
