wagner loader hydraulic pump

Is my pump gone bad? I was using ok and then the loader would not raise the front bucket does open and close ok maybe a little slow. Loader is on a to30.Oil is good and full ,pump did howl the other day but stopped. Lines seem clear and has oil flow not real high pressure but yes some pressure. Are there any screens or filters that could be plugged or even in the valve. valve is two handle ,bucket two way,open down close up and rear lift cylinders one way up . Did open lines to see if any air none?
