Loaded Tires

I finally got my "new" '43 H home. It has a Mcormick loader on it and it works great! But now I see a little fluid coming out of one tire valve. I don't know how to repair this. It seems to come right thru the center of the valve. I seem to remember a vale wrench or key from my bicylcle days. But how do I handle a loaded tire? Irv
