if i cant reach somebody after the 3rd time i take my money and go buy somewhere else, basic rule of being in business, if you have a company, during advertised hours of operation you need to be there running it, not out playing golf or dinking around, if you have to travel on company business or attend a meeting, there needs to be a designated person to handel your calls, this person needs to be fully able to sell parts, solve problems ect , playing phone tag to me means either the person doesnt want to talk to me period, or isnt all that interested in taking care of business, better to just go to his competition
