When I was little, my neighbor told me to go gather the eggs (by myself) . I was so proud that I wanted to do a real good job so went everywhere and came back with a bunch of eggs. He told me to come for breakfast the next morning. I had found an old nest and when his wife was cracking about the last egg in a skillet full there was a loud pop and a bunch of yelling and hollering. Took me a while to eat eggs after that and I don't remember gathering eggs for them again....
