One more thing to what the others have added. Adding weight to your rear tires does two things. First, it adds weight. Obvious, but it aids in traction. Second, it lowers the center of gravity making the tractor harder to tip over. If you add water in the higher parts of the tire, it helps the first issue and hurts the second. A good compromise is 3/4 full, and also takes care of the incompressible fluid issue.

Also, and probably obvious to you, is to include enough antifreeze for your area. While this can get expensive, so can replacement tires.
