"Mouse milk" is a slang term. We used Kroil at work so tried it a home and didn't have any better results than with Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster. I've read that WD40 will eventually varnish so don't use it on anything. Also tried the acetone trans fluid combination and thought it worked OK. Recently have gravitated toward PB Blaster for rusted stuff and Liquid Wrench for everything else. Don't use that much and the aerosal is convienent. I've got a hand-held stainless steel sprayer that is compatible with oil products which has a Schrader valve to pressurize with air. Occasionally thought about filling it the acetone/trans fluid and using it instead.
