Dozer vs. Loader

I have a definite need to clear and keep clear about 200 acres. I am
torn between buying a dozer to clear trees but understand that a tracked loader is
probably more useful around the farm. Considering the same size machine, can a loader
handle the same trees as a blade? What say the experts?
