Much depends on what it is you want to do in the woods. And worth? Worth whatever somebody pays for it and nobody knows what its worth to you.
I've got several and they're real handy in tight places since they're small. As far as parts go, the little Cletrac and Oliver HGs, OC3s, and OC4 series are probably one of the more common small crawlers, so there are new and used parts to be found. A heck a lot more common then a TerraTrac. Also there's a place in PA that specializes in them (parts and repair).
