Duane If you intend to do it yourself, start with a really good slab. Don't cut corners with the foundation. And make absolutely sure the contractor puts the anchor bolts in the exact correct dimensions. Recheck them youself before they pour the concrete. That will get everything off to a good start and make the frame members (and everything else) line up correctly. You will need help (and a lift) to get the frame up and you will need help with the roof panels. Otherwise, you can do everthing else yourself, although it helps to have friends. Mueller made a few parts wrong for me, but were quick to make good and get the correct parts to me. They are also close to me and it is nice to be able to speak to them face to face. Good luck.
