The head bolts are tightened by the torque turn method. Initial torque 40nm [about 30 ft. lb.] After the 30 ft. lb. tightened evenly so not to cock jug, make a mark across the head of the bolt. In four increments turn the bolts 45 degrees except the final turn is 30 degrees, this is a total of 165 degrees turned after the 30 ft.lb. Be sure threads are cleaned and oiled and the head of bolt is oiled.
The valves are set .15mm about .006 for intake and exhaust.
