Assuming 1320' by 660' is the demensions of 20 acres, you are looking for the perimeter. Formula for P= 2L + 2W
2L = 2640' 2W + 1320' P = 3960' per strand x4 strands One spool of barbed wire USED to be 1320' 3960 divided by 1320 = 3 spools x 4 strands equals 12 spools total with none left. Probably take an additional spool for wrapping around post, gates, etc.
