I am going to bet that cover is one piece of fabric. They are very easy to construct/destruct. Just make sure there is NO WIND when taking the cover off or putting it on. Don't ask how I know. Hopefully the guy still has his install instructions for you to use. 4-wheelers and pickups work very well to pull the cover over when erecting, just need a slow and steady pull.
