Stewart Warner makes a lead substitute called CD-2,price is reasonable,and you only use about 1oz.per tankful.i used it in a 1954 dodge hemi for about 10 yrs.(about 200.000 miles).exaust seats still sealed good when i blew engine(busted piston,leadfoot itus).doesn't raise octane though.choice is yours.costs about $7 per quart if i remember right.it does work.
