I also put up a 30'x40' Mueller building. I did build it myself. I had help with the main frame beams and the roof panels, otherwise I did everything. It has a slab floor. I ordered a custom design because I wanted a 4-12 pitch roof. It is fully insulated with 2 10x10 roll up doors and 1 walk thru door and 3 windows.
For the most part, I was pleased with Mueller. I did have some parts that were not correct, but they made good very quickly.
It is a lot of work, but doable and saves a lot of money.
