I used the same one, well it looks the same on a landscape job a few years back, it sure saved a ton of labor, to grade the yard before I fenced it, installed concrete pads, a set of stairs and a gate, the walkway I graded out was less than 4'0" in width. A lot of these mini excavators will surprise you, I've ran plenty of em, like the old 225, 235 cat, as well as a few from the later 300 series, 350L, years back, have hauled same when I drove lowboy, the best is when you sat on a bank and loaded trucks all day, talk about an easy job, though running pipe and doing foundations was mostly what we did.
