Well, anybody who thinks that the right/left configuration changes because you walked from the back of the tractor, to the front and looked at it--is nutty! The machine never changes its orientation. no matter what way you look at it! You must think about that. To wit: Say your car needs a new left front fender. (Actually, the fender you want to get is on the same side as the steering wheel.) But, you are standing in front of the car, looking at it, so you get out your cell phone, and You order a right front fender. After all, your right hand is on the same side as the bent fender, isn't it? When you go to get it at the parts place, you tell the man it isn't the correct fender! And then the argument starts! WOO-HOO!! And then you are informed that you ordered the wrong side, it should have been a left side fender, and you will have to either accept it, or pay for shipping it back to the ware-house, plus paying shipping again to have a LEFT fender shipped in! How do i know this? When i started in the auto repair trades, i did exactly that, but i soon learned that the left/right orientation doesn't change when you walk to the other side of the machine!
