Larry, my 80 is serial number 803484 and the last one was serial number 803500. It has an 830 head on it and I am pretty sure it has a creaper gear in the transmission. If it has the creaper, your friend could overhaul his till the Mississippi runs dry, and he still couldn't out pull this one. 730 diesel standards have a real slow low gear and make good pullers too.
