The retardment thing is souring faster all the time. When I retired the first time twenty years ago from one of the largest companies in the world I thought, 'No problem, big company with a sound pension plan.' The company went down the tube and sold out with a former child. I'm still ok but I don't have the confidence I once had. Second retirement eleven years later from a state institution with an independently operated plan. I felt safe with it because it had so much money. Today I don't feel so safe. Lastly come Socialistic Insincerity. I had known for years it is a 'pay as you go' plan. But with congress fearing the senior-voting block they would keep it funded. I don't think so any more. I conclude with this thought. In the past thirteen months I have become a depressed old man and I haven't even mentioned health plans.
