3- point hitch from fast hitch

I recently aqquired an International 350 Utility and would like to convert from the fast hitch to a 3-point. I have the lower arms that go on the fast hitch arms but I don't know what to do with the top link. The man I got it from welded two eyes on the upper arm and strung a chain across it. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance. Also if someone could tell me the horsepower on this tractor it would help me decide what I can expect out of it. It has a C175 4 cylinder, not sure what year it is.
