Balaras 310 tractor

Neighbor loaned me his tractor to do some grading beings mine is down south. Well it has a frontend loader and a box blade on it. Had problems with the hydraulics yesterday and he brought the manuals over and conclusion out of hydraulic fluid now I filled it up yesterday and used it today and I have to put more fluid in it. I have not seen any puddles on the groung or on the tractor. Where is this stuff going after 1 hour of use it needs more fluid. Doesn't say much in the manual about anything. Can you all help? If not I understand after all its russian made. Thanks in advance
