IH McCormick Farmall 140?

I need help, my grandfather passed away last july and his tractor has been in the family a very long time. So I'am going to try to restore it.
He bought it in 72 that's all I know and it did not come with a owners manual.
On the tractor's left side on the crank case is;

International
Farmall
McCormick
35559J

Questions:
Is the International 140 the same as the Farmall McCormick 140? What's the deal with the names?
Can anyone tell me the year on this tractor based on given model number?

If anyone can give me information on this or any other info I sure would appreciate it and so would grandpa?
