Ford 2000 diesel approx 1970-71 model

I want to know what a good price would be on this tractor with or with out the following equipment. Optional equipment, new bush-hog, new 6' box blade, new set of harrows 5'(?), and new lift bar.

Tractor needs two rear tires and one front tire. Tractor looks good and operates good except for the following:
It is hard to crank without adding ether and when it cranks it boils the smoke out (not black) and it has a miss in the engine until it heats up and most of the smoke goes away but not all. Is this looking towards a weak cylinder or bad injectors, or both? Considering the cost of an engine overhaul what would be a good price for this piece of equipment. The owner is asking $4700 for everything listed.
