I just received an e-mail from my sis in Coeur d' Alene,Idaho. She said that they had 120" of snow last year, but only 10" so far this year. My bil's mother lives in Rusk Co. in E. TX and she said that she has had 8" to 12" inches this past week. Hawaii is the only state without snow at the moment. They usually have skiing this time of year. We had crazy weather patterns last summer; hot and dry in the Gulf Coast region, wet & cool in the northern part of the country. I was in Denver in July and it was the greenest I've ever seen it. It all fits into A. Gore's predictions, but I think it's just Mother Nature doing her thing. I remember of reading about snow in July in the northeast, I think, in colonial times. The weather channels say colder than normal through next week. The sun is shining today, but supposed to cloud up tomorrow as another front moves in. We normally see signs of spring in this area before now. I'm ready.
