Not enough information but will give it a shot. Does the hyd valve have a built in pressure relief valve? these valves squeal when they open. Get a pressure guage on the system to see where the pressure relief valve opens.Most new aftermarket valves are set for 1800-2000 psi, but some old tractor systems used a little as 1000psi. If the system pressure is at specs then you need to reduce pressure required by increasing cylinder size on the impliment.
