It sure has wide tires. It is under a tarp because Chip Foose is not the first one to make a hot rod tractor out of a JD. Secret spy photo's of Red Green's tractor were illegally acquired by JD and used as the inspiration for the Foose 4020. Red Green is currently in arbitration for his fair share of royalties and failing a reasonable settlement, has vowed to duct tape everyone involved to the back of his hot rod JD to see how many people it will plow into the ground. Today's Featured Article - Product Review: Black Tire Paint - by Staff. I have been fortunate in that two of my tractors have had rear tires that were in great shape when I bought the tractor. My model "H" even had the old style fronts with plenty of tread. My "L" fronts were mismatched Sears Guardsman snow tires, which I promptly tossed.
