I just wonder if some of Foose's many fans may go look at this finished project and scratch thier heads asking, what was this designed to do? They just may find out through their research it was used in food production. It just might be worth all the money they spend and the time the team puts in if the right young man or woman comes to realize their food really doesn't start in a grocery store, but the store is only a place to buy it.
