If you are using it as a loader tractor (and use, rather than trying to be a tractor-show restoration is the point, though they were an option from the factory) plain old (or plain new radial, or plain used with life left radial) 16 inch truck tires work fine on the front - use tubes - with a top speed of 18 mph, tubes won't be a problem, and they do help keep it from leaking when it sits still for a few months.
