You will find a number of pieces re' Custom et al on the gas engine magazine archives on their website. If you've been into the archives here you know they can be a bit awkward at times, but persevere 'cuz there's a lot of info there...Someone posted a copy of a nice litle piece on Custom from Antique Power magazine, but I failed to note where or what site (!!) You'll want to run Customs antecedents (the #2 and #3 etc CO-OPs from Battle Creek, Shelbyville, Arthurdale, and the FARMERS UNION CO-OPs from Minneapolis/St Paul) as well as their clones/descendants (Lehr Big Boy, Wards exc row-crop, Jumbo/Simpsons Jumbo, Love, Friday, OMC (Amos Osterberg)(Love, Friday and Osterberg made other types as well) Closson, Wilson, and the Canadians: Norseman, Rockol, Regal (and probably more I missed!) But be careful; it can be habit-forming...There is a Custom Club, but my notes have different addresses from different sources; they should come up on Google. Have fun!!

I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
