I just saw a local classified ad for a Steyr 8160 4x4 tractor. I've never even heard of Steyr tractors, let alone seen one for sale. I'm guessing Steyr is a European manufacturer? Austrian maybe? (like the firearms manufacturer). What might an 8160 be worth in good running and operating condition? I'm not too interested in buying the tractor, just curious...
Also, does anyone have further information on Steyr tractors, ie. company history, were they good tractors or junk, how easy were they to work on, current parts availability, etc.
