You need to be patient. Tap the pause button on the youtube page and come back after a hour or so. This will allow the whole video to load and you can watch it in one straight shot.
Connection speed makes a huge difference on this stuff. I am at my GF's house in India and it is taking a couple or three hours to load. From what I have seen so far well worth the wait.
Oh yeah it will help if you don't do much heavy net stuff while this is loading also.
