JAY take the top of the heater off so you can see all the works and keep it off turn it on and see if it works I have one and live in northern minnesota and its the only way we can keep it going the heater pushes way to much air and the cold air puts it out i have been running mine like this for two years now put the metal back on heater quits Ed
