i worked for autozone and this is what they train you to do their thought process is get the customer on the phone to come to the store have to answer it by the third ring and say some goofey thing i now work else selling parts and i will not answer the phone if a customer is standing in front of me and ordering parts when you have 10, 15, 20 people standing in line they don't want to be put on hold for a phone call
