Had some neighbors that moved out literally overnight. While trying to load their bull "Harley" he escaped onto our property, and he was mean. We could not get him penned. Neighbor said "He's yours, we gotta go, put him down before he hurts somebody" So, a .30-06, and 2 .357 rounds later, he was down. Me and the other neighbor had no experience butchering, so we cleaned him like a deer with a skid steer to hold it up. Worst tasting meat I ever ate! Even the crock pot wouldnt help! I dont feel bad though, that S.O.B. was looking to hurt somebody, and with a wife and grandmas on the farm and no good cowboys nearby, it was his fate.
