Milton, There were a lot of M diesels built, and sold, but the gas burners seemed to outlast them, and were the ones that got kept. The strange start on gas and switch to diesel system, and the starter, soured quite a few farmers around here. I'm sure there are numbers somewhere posted as to actual construction. At the tractor/farm shows, feel I see at least 3 gas M's, for every M diesel. John
