: : Just got an old Massey (around 1964). Can someone tell me what kind of motor oil to put in it (i.e. weght and detergent or not) and whethter it takes a hydraulic filter, and how much hydraulic fluid? Thanx
: Larry I have a 1963 MF-35 and the recommended Oil to use are by temperature. 1. 32 -90 degrees, 20 or 20/20W, 2. min. temp +10 degrees, 10W, 3. min. temp. -10 degrees, 5W or 5W/20, 4. daytime temp. exceeding 90 degrees SAE 30
: One other thing 5 US quarts of Oil.
: For the Hydraulic System the book says SAE 80, 8 gallons

Mark: Thank you kindly for hour help regarding my oil and hydraulic concerns in my old MF. It helped a lot.
