Dave has a good point. We, for example, lease land in TX just so we have a place to go and shoot those critters. I'm sure you could find people like me to pay you to come and kill them during hunting season. In the off-season however we feed them a high protein diet which aids antler growth and body mass, which doesn't seem in line with your game management philosophy. Deer hunters want to propagate the herd. You could just shoot them with a shotgun (like No 4 shot)or smaller gun that won't kill them and they'll get the idea they're not wanted. A dog is a good idea also.
