I am not getting any heat out of my 92 Deville. The stupid plastic tank radiator blew and I replaced it but now am wondering if the heater core is airlocked now not allowing any coolant to pass. The hose going to it is hot but the hose connections at the core are out of reach to see if the exit hose is hot. When I had the system drained to install the radiator, I disconnected the in hose and could blow air thru the core so I am sure it is open. The core has both hose connections facing down so it would not bleed itself automatically. I was hoping there was enough coolant pressure to push the air out but after 2 weeks still ho heat from vents. Fan is working at all speeds and I can hear the diverter door move when I take the CC temp down to its minimum. Any ideas?
