One fairly economical way to replace it is to build the edge back up with a weldment, then Hardsurface cladding the entire cutting edge and a diamond lattice pattern, or parallel bars both on the top and bottom... just like is done with heavy equipment.

Just watch you don't get too much heat in one spot or another and warp the bucket, or build the hardsurface alloy up too far, as its rather difficult to grind back down ;o)
